Azucar Bakery & Cafe began as a one-oven dream in the heart of Hollywood, Florida — born from a family that measured love in cups of flour and pinches of salt.

Today, every empanada is still hand-folded, every loaf of pan cubano still scored by hand, and every cup of Cuban coffee still pulled with the same patience our founder learned from her mother.
